Reviews:

The green Jersey pound banknote commemorates the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Jersey on May 9 from German forces during World War II. This uncirculated banknote is in pristine condition, and measures 128 mm long and 65 mm wide. The obverse side includes the overprint of the phrase 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LIBERATION OF JERSEY 9TH MAY 1995 on the watermark area, two treecreeper birds, the Coat of Arms of Jersey, an outline of Jerseys map, flowers, and the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Norman Hepple. The reverse side includes both sides of the 1-pound note of 1941 and the statue of people holding the flag in Liberation Square. The note has a solid security thread and a watermark of a Jersey cow head.
