Its obverse side depicts images of the Monument to Freedom in Liberation Square, Queen Elizabeth II, and the Coat of Arms of the State of Jersey. Its reverse side depicts an image of the La Hougue Bie Neolithic burial mound and a view of the Le Hocq Tower in Saint Clement. The note does not have a date.
