This orange 10 Jersey pound banknote is a specimen banknote. Its serial numbers are all zeros and it has a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint on both sides of the note. It also received a Paper Money Grade of 66, qualified as a note with Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ), and had minor handling. The front side of the note includes a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, a shield with three lions passant guardant, two Eurasian oystercatchers, and Jersey ferns. The reverse side highlights John Singleton Copleys depiction of The Death of Major Peirson in the Battle of Jersey and an outline map of Jersey. The note has a solid security thread and a Jersey cow head watermark. The note measures 142 mm by 75 mm.
