This 20 Jersey pound note is a specimen banknote issued by States of Jersey in 2000. It is a blue note that bears the signature of Ian Black, and measures 149 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features two Brent geese birds, the national coat of arms, a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, flowers, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Its reverse side shows St. Ouen’s manor house, an outline map of Jersey, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of a Jersey cow head. Additionally, the note is qualified for PMG’s Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) and an above average centering. The note is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
