This brown Jordan half dinar banknote is part of the second series of banknotes issued by the Central Bank of Jordan. It is also the first time the Bank issued this denomination. The front side contains Arabic text, the signatures of Mohamad Nuri Shafik as the Minister of Finance and Said Al Nabulsi as the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, and the profile of King Hussein bin Talal. The back side contains English text and a view of the forum columns in Jerash. The security features of the note are a solid security thread and a watermark of King Hussein wearing a kuffiyeh. The note measures 140 mm long and 70 mm wide. This note is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
