The Jordan 1/2 Dinar X 100 Pieces bundle is part of the 1992 Third Series Issues. Each of these half dinar notes is in uncirculated condition and bears a low serial number. On the front of the banknote is a portrait of King Hussein wearing a kuffiyeh. It also bears a vase which serves as the notes registration device. The reverse features the Qusayr Amra vaults which is known for its desert castles. Other notable elements of this 131 x 62 mm paper bill are a deer and a vase. Signed by former Finance Minister Basel Jardaneh and former Central Bank of Jordan Governor Said Nabulsi, the banknote has a solid security thread with printed CENTRAL BANK OF JORDAN. It also has a portrait of King Hussein wearing a kuffiyeh as its watermark.
