This 5 Jordanian dinar banknote is part of the second series of bank notes issued by the Central Bank of Jordan. The obverse features King Hussein bin Talal. The reverse features the Ad-Deir (the Monastery) building in Petra. The note has a solid yellow security thread. Its watermark is King Hussein wearing a kuffiyeh. The note is 152 mm long and 76 mm wide.
