This uncirculated 20,000 Kazakhstani tenge note is a commemorative banknote issued by the National Bank of Kazakhstan in 2021 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of independence from the Soviet Union. It is a blue-gray and violet note that is dated 2021 and measures 155 mm x 79 mm. Its obverse side is vertically oriented and features the national emblem, a 30th anniversary logo SPARK feature, the Office of the Prime Minister, the Manglik El monumental arch, the Kazakh Eli monument, the flag, and the House of Parliament. Its reverse side shows the outline of Kazakhstan, the Akorda Palace (Presidential Residence) as seen from Ishim River, and a portrait of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Security features include a windowed security thread, a solid security thread, and a watermark of a mythic Samruk bird with an electrotype 20000.
