This Kenya 10 Shillings Banknote is part of the series of banknotes that were withdrawn after Mzee Jomo Kenyattas death on August 1978. The green and brown note measures 142 mm long and 72 mm wide. It has Kenyattas portrait and the national emblem on the obverse side, and a cattle farm and Mount Kenya on the reverse side. The security details of the note include a solid security thread and a lion head watermark. It is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
