The Kenya 100 Shilling Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Kenya in 1994. This multicolored banknote depicts the national coat of arms and the portrait of the second president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi. Its reverse side shows the Uhuru (Freedom) Monument in Nairobi, Mount Kenya, and four medallions. Security features include a solid security thread and a lion-head watermark. The note measures 160 mm x 82 mm and is signed by Micah Cheserem and Wilfred Koinange. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
