Kenya 100 Shillings Banknote, 2009, P-48d, UNC

This uncirculated 100 Kenyan shilling banknote is dated 17 June 2009 and signed by Njuguna S. Ndungu and Joseph Kinyua. It is a purple, green, and red banknote that measures 140 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side shows the portrait of the first president, Mzee Jomo Kenyatta. Its reverse side features coffee berries, Mount Kenya, and the Kenyatta International Conference Center. Security features include a windowed security thread with demetalized CBK 100 and a watermark of a lion head, an electrotype 100, and Cornerstones.
