The back features the Olympic baton, an Olympic medal, a male runner, and the Moi International Sports Complex stadium in Kasarani. Instead of a solid security thread, This TAP Authenticated banknote has a windowed security thread with demetalized CBK 20. Other security features are a lion head watermark and an elephant registration device. It measures 135 mm long and 70 mm wide.
