This brown Kuwaiti dinar banknote is part of the fifth series of banknotes introduced by the Central Bank of Kuwait in 1994. This series of banknotes are the first to have both Western and Arabic serial numbers. Its obverse side includes the national emblem of Kuwait, the Mebayat box, and an Al-Mouhaleb dhow. Its reverse side shows girls playing the drop the hanky game. The note has a windowed security thread with demetalized KD1/4 and Arabic text and a falcon head watermark. The note was printed by De La Rue and measures 110 mm long and 68 mm wide. The note is in superb gem uncirculated condition, has a Paper Money Grade of 68, slightly off-center margins and registrations, and Exceptional Paper Quality.
