Kuwait 5 Dinars Banknote, 2014 ND, P-32a.1, UNC

This uncirculated purple 5 Kuwaiti dinar banknote is part of the series of banknotes that won the 2015 International Award for Best Banknote Issue. It represents Kuwaits economy, finance, and oil industry. Its front side shows the Central Bank of Kuwait headquarters building in Kuwait City, a dhow, a SPARK Orbital feature, and the coat of arms of Kuwait. Its reverse side features an oil tanker and an oil refinery. Aside from the SPARK Orbital feature, the note also has a 6-mm wide color-changing StarBright windowed security thread with demetalized CBK 5 KD, a falcon head watermark, an electrotype Arabic watermark, and Cornerstones. The note is 140 mm long and 68 mm wide.
