The Laos 100 Kip banknote is part of the 1979-1988 Issues. The obverse side features workers in the field with a grain threshing machine, a stupa, a temple, palm trees, electrical power towers, and the country’s Coat of Arms. The reverse side shows trucks on the bridge over the river, a village, a soldier with a rifle guarding storage tanks. This banknote does not bear a security thread but has a hammer and sickle with a star designed watermark. This banknote is dark green in color and measures 138x69mm. It was given a grade of 66 by grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
