This uncirculated 50 Lao kip note was issued by the Pathet Lao Government in 1968. It is a purple note that measures 144 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side depicts workers with a lathe and drill press in a cave. Its reverse side shows farmers with water buffalos and the Wat That Luang stupa. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark that shows 5-pointed stars. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
