The Laos 500 Kip banknote is part of the 2015 issues of the Bank of the Lao PDR. Featured on the obverse of this multicolored banknote are workers adjusting an irrigation pipe, electrical power towers, tractors, and the coat of arms of Laos. The reverse of the paper bill depicts workers harvesting coffee beans in Boliven Plateau. The banknote does not have a security thread, however, it has a watermark that reveals a hammer and a sickle with a star. The banknote is 150 x 69 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
