The 20,000 Lebanese livre banknote was first issued in 2012. The obverse has a geometric series design. The reverse has a similar geometric series design as the obverse side, with a flower design and stylized staircase in the middle. The notes security features are a windowed motion security thread, a watermark and a registration device of a cedar tree, and an electrotype watermark of 20,000 in Arabic. The note measures 130 mm by 72 mm.
