Lebanon 5,000 Livres Banknote, 1994, P-71a, UNC

This uncirculated 5,000 Lebanese pound/livre note is dated 1 April 1994 and signed by Bank of Lebanon Governor Riad Toufic Salame and Vice Governor Nasser Saidi. It is part of the family of notes issued by the Bank of Lebanon that feature abstract geometric designs, serial number bar codes, and an intaglio printed symbol. The note has pink, purple orange, and green colors and dimensions of 156 mm x 67 mm. Both sides of the note have a quadrilateral design. Other security features include a solid security thread with printed BANQUE DU LIBAN in English and Arabic text and a cedar tree watermark.
