Reviews:

The Lebanon 5 Livres banknote was released by the Bank of Lebanon in 1986. It has hints of green, blue, and yellow and is 140 x 70 mm in size. The obverse features the National Museum of Beirut building, a 5th century BC bull protome from Sidon, King Adammelek with a raised arm, standing on a 400-300 BC Phoenician 1/8th shekel silver coin from the City of Byblos, and Phoenician inscriptions in borders. The back of the paper bill depicts the Mamluk-era stone footbridge on the Nahr al-Kalb or Dog River in Beirut. The banknote is equipped with a solid security thread and a watermark that reflects an ancient ship. This Lebanon 5 Livre banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
