The Lebanon 50,000 Livres issued in 1995 is part of the family of banknotes that have similar features with the Dutch notes in that they have geometric designs and serial number barcodes. The front side of the Lebanon 50,000 Livres has a cedar tree on the upper left and two stylized boats. It also has a sun as its registration device. The back of this note also has a cedar tree but it is positioned on the lower left part. A sun, boats, and the serial barcode are also visible on the reverse. On the solid security thread of this thread is a printed BANQUE DU LIBAN and the bank name printed in Arabic. Signed by Saidi and Salame, this 155 x 85 mm paper money has a cedar tree watermark. Moreover, it is graded PMG 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
