The Lebanon 50,000 Livres was issued in 2015 to commemorate the 70th year of the Lebanese army. This specimen banknote that comes with a commemorative serial number is graded PMG 69 by the Paper Money Guaranty. Centered on its obverse is the nations Coat of Arms. On its left are two soldiers in silhouette while on the right is a soldier with a Lebanese flag. The vertical-oriented reverse side of the note features the monument to martyrs in Yarze which is also the headquarters of the Lebanese Ministry of Defense. A soldier saluting in silhouette and a stalk of wheat are also visible. This 140 x 77 mm polymer bill comes with a simulated security thread that has a demetallized BDL.
