Introduced during Army Day (August 1) in 2015, this 50,000 Lebanese livre banknote commemorates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Lebanese Armed Forces. The notes reverse side is vertically oriented and features a silhouette of a soldier saluting the Hope for Peace monument in the headquarters of the Lebanese Ministry of Defense in Yarze.
