The Lebanon 50,000 Livres Banknote is part of the 2001 issues. It has colors blue, olive green, yellow, and red and measures 155 x 85 mm. Its obverse side shows a cedar tree, two stylized boats, and the Sun as a registration device. On the reverse side are a cedar tree, boats, the Sun, and an s/n bar code. This TAP Authenticated banknote in a holographic stripe design contains a solid security thread with the printed BANQUE DU LIBAN and a bank name in Arabic. Additionally, it bears a watermark with a cedar tree design.
