The Lesotho 100 Maloti Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Lesotho in 2021. Its obverse features King Moshoeshoe II, King Letsie III, and King Moshoeshoe I. It also shows a holographic patch and the coat of arms of Lesotho depicting a crocodile on a shield flanked by Basotho horses. Its reverse illustrates a shepherd with a flock and a Basotho hat. The note contains a watermark that reflects King Moshoeshoe I wearing a top hat and an electrotype 100 capped with a Basotho hat, and Cornerstones. It also contains a windowed security thread with demetalized CBL and four-leaf clovers. The note is 140 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Dr. Adelaide Retselisitsoe Matlanyane. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
