It is signed by Central Bank of Libya Governor Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer. It has purple, blue, green, red, and green colors and dimensions of 130 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side portrays a cheering crowd with a flag. Its reverse side portrays a waving flag with a flock of doves. Security features of the note include a holographic windowed security thread with demetalized Arabic text and a solid security thread.
