This 20 Luxembourg franc note is dated 7 March 1966 and signed by Pierre Guill and Pierre Werner. It is a blue, green, orange, purple, and red note that measures 130 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features Grand Duke Jean in his military uniform. Its reverse side shows a view of the Hemeberreg vineyard and the village of Schengen on the Moselle River. Security features include a solid security thread and a Grand Duke Jean watermark. The note was withdrawn in 1981. It is also a gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average centering. Thus, it is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
