This Macedonia 50 Denari banknote is part of the 1996-2018 Issues. It is dated in 2001 and blue in color. It also measures 143 x 70 mm. The obverse side features a 40-nummi bronze folis coin from the reign of Emperor Anastasius I, a decorative stucco art from the 12th-century church of Saint Panteleimon in Gorno Nerezi, Skopje. The reverse side shows the Fresco of archangel Gabriel from the scene of the Annunciation from the 12th-century church of Saint Ghiorghi in Kurbinovo on Lake Prespa. This banknote contains a 2-mm windowed security thread with demetalized Cyrillic text. It is also in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
