This uncirculated 10,000 Malagasy ariary note is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Madagascar in 2017. It is a yellow, brown, and green banknote that bears the signature of Alain Herve M. Rasolofondraibe and measures 144 mm x 78 mm. Its obverse side features an outline map of Madagascar, a flower in SPARK Orbital, a ship in the port of Ehoala, a turtle, and two birds in flight. Its reverse side depicts Valiha and Zafimaniry carved wooden objects. Security features include a butterfly registration device, a 4-mm wide green-to-gold RollingStar Cube windowed security thread with a demetalized BFM 10000, and a watermark of a Zebu cattle head with an electrotype 10000.
