Madagascar 100 Ariary Banknote, 2017 ND, P-97a.1, UNC

The Madagascar 100 Ariary banknote is part of the family of notes issued by the Central Bank of Madagascar in 2017. The banknote comes with blue, yellow, green, orange, and red combinations. The banknotes obverse depicts an outline map of Madagascar, two birds in flight, and the Cathedrale dAmbozontany. The back of the paper bill displays a barons mantella frog and a butterfly. The banknote is 114 x 60 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with a demetalized BFM 100 and a map. It also has a butterfly as its registration device and a watermark that reveals the head of a Zebu cattle and an electrotype 100. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
