Madagascar 2,000 Ariary Banknote, 2007, P-93a, UNC, Commemorative

This uncirculated 2,000 Madagascar Ariary banknote commemorates the start of the Madagascar Action Plan in 2007. It is green in color and measures 144 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side contains the MADAGASCAR ACTION PLAN 2007-2012 overprint and baobab trees. Its reverse side features the terraced rice paddies in Betsileo. Security features include a registration device of the Madagascar map, a windowed security thread with demetalized BFM 2000, and a watermark of a Zebu cattle head with an electrotype 2000.
