Reviews:

This uncirculated 5,000 Malagasy ariary note is part of the unauthorized notes issued to commemorate the Madagascar Action Plan (MAP), the government campaign to fight poverty and improve the economy. It is a dark blue and yellow note that measures 150 mm x 75 mm and bears the signature of Central Bank Governor Frederic Rasamoely. Its obverse side shows the MADAGASCAR ACTION PLAN 2007-2012 overprint, two fishing boats, sun rays, and a Madagascar naturellement overprint. Its reverse side shows the Bay of Fort Dauphin. Security features include a Madagascar map registration device, a holographic stripe, a windowed security thread with demetalized BFM 5000, and a watermark of a Zebu cattle head with an electrotype 5000.
