Reviews:

This 5,000 Malagasy ariary banknote is part of the 2017 series of banknotes that have tactile geometric patterns for the sight-impaired and a theme of Madagascar and Its Riches. It is in uncirculated condition. Its obverse side contains Malagasy text, a flower printed with optically-variable ink, and a birds eye view of the waterfall in Ranomafana Park. Its reverse side depicts the tail of a humpback whale peeking out near the shoreline. Its security features include a butterfly registration device, a DualTrack windowed security thread with demetalized Zebu cattle head, BFM 5000, and bridge, and a watermark of a Zebu cattle head and electrotype 5000. The note is 139 mm long and 75 mm wide.
