This uncirculated 20 Malawian kwacha note is dated 1 January 2016 and bears the signature of Governor Charles SR Chuka. It is a purple and orange note that measures 128 mm x 64 mm. Its obverse side depicts fishermen in a boat, the Reserve Bank of Malawi headquarters building, and Inkosi ya Makhosi M’mbelwa II (Lazalo Mkhuzo Jere). Its reverse side shows a stack of books and a view of the Teachers Training College building. Security features include a Malawi map registration device, a windowed security thread with demetalized RBM, and a watermark of Inkosi ya Makhosi M’mbelwa II, an electrotype 20, and Cornerstones.
