This uncirculated 100 ringgit Malaysia note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Malaysia. It is a purple and brown note that is dated 2018 ND, bears the signature of Muhammad bin Ibrahim, and measures 150 × 70 mm. Its obverse side features a songket (traditional woven fabric) patterns, bunga raya (Rosa-sinensis hibiscus) flower and Tuanku Abdul Rahman wearing tengkolok headgear. Its reverse side shows BNM logo, “natural wonders” represented by Mount Kinabalu and pinnacles rock formations of Gunung Api valley within Mulu national park. Security features include a motion windowed security thread and solid security thread with demetalized BNM RM100 and a watermark of Tuanku Abdul Rahman, pixelated background, and electrotype 100.
