Maldives 20 Rufiyaa Banknote, 2008 (AH1430), P-20c, UNC

The red 20 Maldivian banknote is part of the last series of paper banknotes issued by the Maldives Monetary Authority. The front side features a dhivedi odi (native boat) in full sail, a bunch of coconuts, and cowrie shells. The back depicts a scene of boats docked at the wharf in Males inner harbor. The note has a solid security thread with demetalized MMA and a watermark of Maldives coat of arms. The note measures 150 mm long and 70 mm wide.
