Maldives 20 Rufiyaa Banknote, 2015 (AH1436), P-27, Polymer, PMG 68

The Maldives 20 Rufiyaa Banknote is part of the 2015-2018 issues which are all printed on Safeguard polymer substrate. The front side shows an underprint of aerial view of the islands and reefs in Maldives, the denomination as a registration device, a jet airplane taking off from the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (MLE), a fisherman carrying skipjack tunas and a yellow fin tuna with a cowry shell (Cyprea moneta) in the background. The back side shows the traditional sail boat (Dhoni). This banknote is purple in color, distinctively measures 150 x 70 mm, and was given a grade of 68 by the grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
