Reviews:

This uncirculated 20 Maldivian rufiyaa banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Maldives Monetary Authority as part of the polymer series. It is a purple polymer banknote that is dated 01 July 2020, bears the signature of Ali Hashim, and measures 150 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows an underprint with an aerial view of the islands and reefs in Maldives designs, a jet airplane taking off from the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (MLE), cowry shells (Cyprea moneta), and a fisherman carrying a skipjack tuna and a yellowfin tuna. Its reverse side is vertically oriented and depicts a traditional sailboat (Dhoni). The banknote has the theme “our industrial and economic progress”. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a shadow image of the national coat of arms and a denomination registration device.
