This 100 Ouguiya Mauritania unissued note is a replacement banknote issued by the Central Bank of Mauritania. It is a blue and purple note that is dated 1975, bears the signature of Ahmed Ould Daddah, and measures 145 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features a bush, a man with a turban, and two women preparing a tea service. Its reverse side shows a bearded man with an axe carrying a log, sailboats, and a man holding a large fish. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of a man’s head. Additionally, the note is qualified for PMG’s Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) and has an above average centering. The note is graded 58 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
