This uncirculated 2,000 ouguiya Mauritania note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Mauritania. It is a blue and brown note that is dated 2011, bear the signatures of Mohamad Ould Sidna and Sid Ahmed Ould Raiss, and measures 146 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features ornate design and holographic patch with denomination in Arabic numerals. Its reverse side shows camel, ship, open book and industrial building. Security features include a clear text windowed security thread with demetalized BCM 2000 and a watermark of a bearded man and electrotype 2000.
