This uncirculated 1,000 Mauritian rupee note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Bank of Mauritius. It is a blue note that is dated 2022, bear the signatures of Harvesh Kumar Seegolam, Mardayah Kona Yerukunondu and Hemlata Sadhna Sewraj-Gopal, and measures 160 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side features a coat of arms, Charles Gaetan Duval, bank building façade, standing Justice with sword and scales, and a holographic patch. Its reverse side shows the Château of Réduit (official residence of the president). Security features include a spider conch shell registration device, a windowed security thread with demetallized BANK OF MAURITIUS, and a watermark of dodo bird head.
