Reviews:

This uncirculated 1,000 Mexican peso banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Mexico as part of the 1985 XK series. It is a brown, green, purple, and red banknote that is dated 19 July 1985, bears the signature of Gonzalo Garcia Rodriguez, and measures 157 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side shows an inkwell and quill and a portrait of Juana de Asbaje with her hand on an open book. Its reverse side depicts a view of the church and fountain in the Santo Domingo Plaza in Mexico City, the bank seal, and an inkwell and quill. Though the note does not have a watermark, it has a solid security thread.
