This uncirculated 1,000 Mexican peso note is dated 10 June 2013, bears the signatures of Robert del Cueto Legaspi and Alejandro Alegre Rabiela, and is part of the D series. It is a pink and purple note that measures 155 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features a portrait of Spanish Priest Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a church bell, the three towers of the Dolores Hidalgo church, and the map of Mexico as the registration device. The reverse side features the bank seal, the map of Mexico, a frog, and the University of Guanajuato buildings. Security features include a windowed motion security thread, a solid security thread, and a watermark of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and an electrotype 1000.
