The Mexico 1,000 Pesos Banknote, released in 2013, and is part of the 2006-2013 issues. The front side bears the portrait of Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and the Bell of Dolores. While the back side shows the University of Guanajuato. This TAP authenticated banknote measures 155 x 66 mm and is rose and violet in color. It features the Windowed Motion security thread and solid security thread with the portrait of Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla for its watermark.
