This 1 Mexican peso banknote is dated 10 May 1967, part of the BDY series, and signed by Fernando Joaquin Loaiza. It has a black, green, and red color scheme and measurements of 157 mm by 67 mm. Its front side shows the Aztec calendar. Its reverse side shows the bank seal, bank guilloche, and the angel atop the Independence Monument in Mexico City. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. It was also demonetized in 1984. This particular note is a gem uncirculated note, graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
