This uncirculated 1 Mexican peso banknote is part of the 1959 HU series. It bears the signature of Salvador Marquez, has a black, green, and red color scheme, and measures 157 mm long by 67 mm wide. Its obverse side shows the Aztec calendar. Its reverse side shows the angel atop the Independence Monument in Mexico City and a bank guilloche.
