This uncirculated 1 Mexican peso banknote is part of the 1959 HU series. It bears the signature of Salvador Marquez, has a black, green, and red color scheme, and measures 157 mm long by 67 mm wide. Its obverse side shows the Aztec calendar. Its reverse side shows the angel atop the Independence Monument in Mexico City and a bank guilloche. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. It was also demonetized in 1984. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
