The Mexico 1 Peso Banknote was introduced by the Bank of Mexico in 1967 as part of Series BDV series. It comes in a color combination of black, green, and red. On its obverse is the Aztec calendar. The reverse displays the bank seal and the Independence Monument with an angel a top in Mexico City. It also shows the bank guilloche. The note does not have a security thread and watermark but is signed by Salvador Marquez. It measures 157 x 67 mm. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
