The Mexico 1 Peso Banknote is part of the Bank of Mexico’s 1967 issues. The note is predominantly black, green, and red. It features the Aztec calendar on its obverse. The reverse displays the bank seal, the bank guilloche, and the Independence Monument with an angel a top in Mexico City. The note does not have a security thread and watermark but is signed by Salvador Marquez. It measures 157 x 67 mm. This particular banknote is part of Series BEA and is in uncirculated condition.
