The Mexico 1 Peso Banknote Series BDN is part of the 1937-1950 Third Issues. It has colors black, green, and red. The obverse side features the Aztec calendar. Also, it shows the banknotes serial details with a single prefix and a 6-digit serial number. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows a bank seal, an angel atop MONUMENTO A LA INDEPENDENCIA (Independence Monument in Mexico City), and a bank guilloche. The banknote has no security thread nor a watermark. This banknote measures 157 x 67 mm. It was given a grade of 67 by grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
